2 egg whites (approximately 1/4 c.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla extract

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks are formed
  3. Add vanilla extract
  4. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  5. Drop a teaspoon full of meringue mixture onto the foil
  6. Place cookie sheet in oven
  7. Turn off oven
  8. Leave in oven for a minimum of 6 hours
