2/3 c. water
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. matzah meal
3 large eggs
1 t. sugar

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix together water, shortening, sugar and salt in a pan
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Add matzah meal
  5. Remove from stove and let cool
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
  7. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet or into greased muffin tins
  8. Bake one hour or until browned

Makes 6 large rolls
